The Chico Elks Lodge 423 will be holding it's 2nd annual Rib Cook Off on June 11, 2016.
This event is open to the public. All lodges in our district are encouraged to participate. Teams are limited to 5 members. Exact judging requirements and rules will be provided as the event draws near. Proceeds to benefit Chico Elks Lodge 423 Charities.
Team Entries
$65 entry fee for contestants (includes ribs, tasting cups etc.)
Each team will be assigned an area and provided with St. Louis pork ribs
Provide your own cooking equipment & items for cooking area
Awards will be given for: best ribs, most unusual & people’s choice. There is a cash award for the team with the best ribs.
Patrons & Testers
$15 (adults) / $6 (ages 5-13)
Includes: Fun activities (bounce house etc.) for the children and the child at heart, music, rib tasting and judging.
Additional foods available for purchase. Bring your family and friends!
